Very patient and understanding, Dr Mack explains everything to us very well and my daughter enjoys seeing him . we enjoy taking the drive up to Boise from Jerome.
We love Dr Mac. He has been with us since the beginning of our journey with both our boys heart issues.
Dr. Mack always goes above and beyond to make our daughter’s visit a positive experience. He spends quality time with our daughter and answers all of our questions. He is knowledgeable, patient and kind. He never makes you feel dumb for asking questions. He always writes down changes in medications for us to take home. He spent a great deal of time answering our son’s questions about his sister’s heart. 😊 He has taken such great care of her both pre op and post op. Dr. Mack was very attentive and took his time trying to help with the medical issue. Extremely thoughtful and thorough.
Dr.Mack has been wonderful since he started taking care of my little girl he is more than patient and understanding with my now 6 year old and he always finds fun ways to calm her and show her not to be scared..his staff is super nice and helpful and very professional ! Having a medical provider and staff that loves what they do and take time to understand your fears and questions is so important when it comes to taking care of children and family..
