The staff is not friendly or helpful. Never hello, my name is, etc. They sat there talking and laughing very very loudly like they were at a club. Very little selection for insurance coverage. I was so disgusted I walked out!
STAY AWAY!!!! First of all, the front desk staff is extremely rude. For the first 5 minutes I was in there, all 4 of the people in the area made eye contact with me and ignored me. They were talking to each other like no one was even in there. Finally when I said "excuse me", the one woman rolled her eyes at me and said "can I help you," like I was interrupting her social hour.
