Very professional and amazing care all around. Quickly evaluated and got me the medicine that I needed. The administrative assistant katie was very responsive and very helpful every time that i had a concern. Dr Palmer was great and made sure that I was taken care of. Definitely recommend their service.
I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else other than Gateway. I have been seeing Ann for 5 years and she has been there with me through it all. From doing exceptionally well to the lowest of low’s. When I was at my lowest she never gave up on me. We continued trying different things until something worked. She is compassionate, listens, answers all of my questions even if that means doing extra research and ALWAYS makes sure to explain everything. I have been seeing Dr. Gordon Robinson for 10.5 years now. He was my psychiatrist when I was in inpatient treatment, and I began seeing him in his office setting after I was discharged. I have remained sober/clean this entire time, but due to having chronic mental health issues, I have still needed to be in care with a psychiatrist.
