Our experience building a custom home with this contractor was extremely disappointing. We paid good money, expecting professional, high-quality construction, but instead encountered unfinished work, poor workmanship, and numerous items that required repair or correction. We recently completed a custom home build with Gordon Finch Homes, and the entire experience was exceptional. The craftsmanship and build quality are outstanding, and you truly feel supported every step of the way. Brian Offield leads the team with incredible attention to detail. Rob O’Callaghan, the operations manager, is remarkably thorough. He takes the most meticulous notes I have ever seen and genuinely cares about getting every detail right. Jen Rowly in accounting is an absolute ray of sunshine every time you interac... read more

We then contacted Brian the owner of the company to see if he had any ideas on how to fix the issue. He came to our house and looked at the problem, of course it was nearing winter so we were at a stand still until spring. He thought about the issue and over the winter developed a very reasonable fix. In the past week he had his crew come over and in a matter of... read more
