★☆☆☆☆ This management company is completely unprofessional and operates in bad faith. If you’re considering renting from this company, beware. Expect poor communication, questionable management tactics, and a disregard for tenant rights. If you’re already a tenant and experience similar issues, document everything and be prepared to fight for what you’re legally owed.
Let me give you an example of how much Patrick and his team suck. My brother has reported a creepy neighbor for covering the surveillance in the building and there was ZERO response from management. Not only do they not care about my brother but all of their residents. I suggest you stay as far away as you can from this company.
Patrick Clifford, President and Broker is one of the more unprofessional and lazy brokers I have dealt with as a rental tenant searching for a new apartment. I had a meeting to view an apartment, that he had listed, that he just completely didnt show up to without giving me any notice that he wasn't going to make it until I had already waited 30 minutes and had to leave. I went to go for a showing and the agent I’m supposed to tour with no longer works there. And then I called another person that works here and he said the agent I was supposed to see hasn’t worked here for a month and “we have already given away the lease for your showing.” The listing is still online and their faulty automated text system had the audacity to confirm whether or not I’m coming to the showing today… Unfortunately I wish I did not come to it
Avoid at all costs. I have never experienced such harassment from a rental company. They are a boys club and use intimidation tactics and lies to manipulate clients and take their money. As a young woman, I would not recommend renting from them. Patrick was a nightmare to deal with and actually gave me nightmares and anxiety.
