Rude. Inconsiderate. Straight up told me I was lying about a complaint I had and talked down to me the entire time.

We have had a great experience working with Patrick and his team. They respond promptly to any property issues, help find good tenants and know the area well!
SF property management companies are generally awful, so the 4 stars is a relative rating. Nothing amazing, but for SF standards, gordon clifford is definitely on the better end. Major maintenance items will get fixed in a reasonable amount of time, but smaller ones will likely never get fixed or be done poorly. Their properties are in generally decent condition, but as with most property management companies, they choose the cheapest contractors and it shows. ★☆☆☆☆ This management company is completely unprofessional and operates in bad faith. If you’re considering renting from this company, beware. Expect poor communication, questionable management tactics, and a disregard for tenant rights. If you’re already a tenant and experience similar issues, document everything and be prepared to fight for what you’re legally owed.
