First our server was great working hard to make things better but it wasn’t enough. Food is expensive for quality and quantity. They decided to clean the fryers at 2pm so it took 20 minutes for soggy fries with too much garlic to come out. We ordered wings to share and only a dozen came out! They over charged us on beers. It is as awesome as your BOLINGBROOK location until you made made the terrible decision to switch over to ROCKBOTTOM... Your local fan base miss the menu and the atmosphere that once existed but has been lost. Accounting needs to review the profitability of the change as see for themselves what a dreadful mistake you made !

A beautiful summer Sunday afternoon in Baltimore. That rare day when the temperature barely reaches 80° and the humidity is low. We asked for a table outside. Really no more than 2 of 12 were occupied. The lady at the front said it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait until the “wait” staff caught up, and would we like to wait. No, ma’am, I said. You have all those empty tables and you can’t seat us? Take a hike.
