Never had bad service, in fact, some of the best restaurant experiences have come from GB. Food is good and I enjoy the calorie count they give each meal. Oh and their Hefeweizen is on my top 3 list! 🍻🍻🍻 Special shout out to the San Tan Village location!!!

Every time we stop here, we wonder why we don't go more often. We also didn't realize it's Happy Hour all day on Sunday.
We split a hamburger. It was the most amazing hamburger I have ever had. The flavor was out of this world. The garlic fries are awesome as well.
We have always loved Gordon Biersch! Always great food and service. However, we weren't thrilled with the waitress we had yesterday. She came back to the table to tell me something and started to walk away, she never asked my husband what he wanted to drink so when he said excuse me she turned around and rolled her eyes. It was uncalled for. I still give the restaurant 5 stars because the food is always great and most of the time so is the service.
