Very loud bar area that spills over into the dining area. This was a far better experience (atmosphere, food and drink) for the many years that it was Gordon Biersch.
Service was horrible. Used to go there all the time before it changed names. Went about a month ago sat outside was great. Stopped yesterday, bar area was busy, Waited a long time, finally hostess showed up and sat us in dining area,only two other tables occupied with two people each. After watching waitress talking with two people at corner table for over 20minutes we left. Won't be back,!
Since when is it allowed that children are allowed in the bar area? The number of children in the bar area outnumbers the adults. There are children playing and crawling on the floor under our feet. Staff having to dodging playing children to get food to people, I don’t mind children in restaurant but the bar should be a no children.
