Just left and I am so disappointed. I have been going to the westgate location for the past 5 years and tonight was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The food came to us cold, the hamburger buns were soggy from sitting to long, one hamburger was burnt, and multiple orders were wrong. My daughters grilled cheese sandwich was better than the food I order, mainly because it was hot and wasn't wrong. I used to enjoy coming here for the beer and garlic fries, now I wouldn't recommend coming here at all.
