Called his staff at 11:51, and was hung up on. Called back, hung up on. Then i got dial tones. Then at noon, i got their after hours line. It was clear the staff didnt want to bother taking my call before lunch. Terrible way to treat patients. People are calling to schedule appointments because they are dealing with health issues, and you do that? Losing faith in humanity.
A doctor should at least be a little curious and question why someone might have certain symptoms. This doctor did not believe that I had a concussion, which was documented. Instead of testing my brain with an EEG, which is standard follow-up testing for a concussion, he did nothing. He was pompous and thought I had no issues with my memory. Dr. Gordon was so kind and accommodating. We had 3 additional people come to the appointment so that we could all hear the diagnosis and ask questions. Dr. Gordon was very accommodating and considerate to all of us. He was very helpful with providing us resources as well. We all loved him!!
I went to Dr. Gordon because of spreading numbness and burning throughout my body along with some other odd symptoms. This man was incredibly rude and went out of his way to behave in a manner that gave off an annoyed demeanor for the duration of my visit. I will not be returning to the Ayer institute because of this visit. This was the nail in that particular coffin. I would rather take my risks with whatever neuropathy I am s... read more
Fantastic doctor; Caring, very professional I would definitely refer him to everyone!!
Great visit! It may have taken a bit to get an appointment with the practice, the cancellation list got me in much sooner. Dr Gordon really took the time to listen to all of my concerns.
I saw Dr Gordon this week for a follow up appointment for new symptoms and concerns. My husband joined me and after we left he said: “Wow! Dr Gordon is very impressive! He took his time, was thorough, attentive to you, listened to all your concerns and quickly scheduled tests for you - why can’t all doctors be like him?” Dr. Gordon’s bedside manner is the best, he is very compassionate and listens, he does not discount your concerns, and answers any, and all questions. He has a keen sense of urgency, which is so important wh... read more
