These are some of the most unprofessional and unethical imbeciles I’ve ever encountered. They’ll give you their word that they’ll repair anything within reasonable time (it hasn’t been 2 months yet) but after holding our vehicle hostage for over a week, they only caused more issues. We drive back and forth several times and nothing was ever repaired and I only received excuses. Stay Away!!! These guys will take your money & run. Regardless of what YOUR paperwork states, or the condition of the vehicle, you will always get a payoff from them that is WAY higher than what you have. Their answer.....interest. I have dealt with many by here pay here lots, personally and for business over years. Gordon Auto has been by far my worst experience. The owners are very unethical and not honest in doing business. I purchased a 2010 Chevy suburban in Dec of 2018. I paid $4k down, they say I paid $3500. Now I have lost $500. The suburban had blown speakers.
