Would never recommend this company to any lenders or mortgage companies. Report was turned in 3 days after due date. Appraiser Dan Gilbert, is very unprofessional and because Of his lack of response time we had to push back our closing 3 times costing our buyer more money at closing. When we spoke to him about it he said “that is not my problem” . He requested a foundation inspection, which we provided, and a 4 point inspection, which we also provided.
