Barber advertised tagging my gym location for advertisement making me believe he was the barber located at my gym. Because of this I wasn’t able to make the appointment as I am on a tight schedule, barber was unwilling to allow me the courtesy of rescheduling which I offered. Instead he went with the option to charge me cancellation fee. Of course he has a right to do that you just don’t expect someone to do that over a misunderstanding from the customer especially in a place like Orange County.
