Lincoln did not honor my warranty, they lost it, and claimed that I never had it. I clearly have an email from their customer care representative, with an attachment clearly outlining the warranty that they gave me. But they said they don't have it in their system, that representative is no longer with them, and they will not honor it. I'm going to be looking for either legal representation, or an investigative journalist to look into this. Pure bullshit. Brought in my Ford Edge for some body repair & paint to a rear door panel. Rachel, Nick, and the Collision Center crew did INCREDIBLE work. It honestly looks like I have an entirely brand new door. I’m blown away by the care and craftsmanship of this team. Totally flawless repair. Plus, the paint color on my vehicle specially has a metallic sparkle to it which adds another layer of difficulty. I bought a car 6 months ago they told me I got two free oil changes. They did not honor that. I would not trust anything they say.
Great customer service for my Lincoln. I had Boucher pick up my car from our house and drop off a loaner while they worked on my car. This is a service that is why I bought a Lincoln. My only issue was I had a dead battery and they were not able to tell us how to put the car into neutral using a manual override or even where it was located. Overall service was wonderful and the car porter was very nice and they washed my car!
