There are several opportunities to improve customer experience. Originally service was scheduled for 8 AM on 12/22. When my son arrived, was told part had not come in. Received no notice. I was told the cost to fix the vehicle was $231 and that it would only take “a few minutes” for the repair. Was eventually billed $338. Initial quote for full repair failed to say it did not include labor. Was then rescheduled for 1/5 at 7:30 AM.
