This is our first time renting a storage unit. Gopher State was reasonable and accessible for the size we need for a short time while we downsize and prep to move. Gate access using code was easy - some issues with the roller door our unit staying in the track. Made it difficult to open/close the door. May need to contact site manager to check on it.

So fast and easy! Picked and paid for the unit online, got an access code and got in right away!
PLEASE PULL UP ON YOUR UNIT DOOR TO MAKE SURE IT LOCKS.. IT MAY LOOKED LOCKED BUT THE MECHANISM DOESNT WORK PROPRERLY!! The whole 3 months I haven't been able to lock my unit. I told the owner about this and he said he had fixed it and he didn't I informed him about it and still I haven't been able to lock my unit the entire time. I got sick of it so I just moved my stuff out... also the monthly payment that was agreed upon was different when received bill.
Easy to access and easy to find the storage. It was pretty fast and seamless
