We wanted to have in joist radiant heating installed in our house. Gavin looked at the job and gave us an estimate. After notifying him that we were gonna go ahead with the job he kept telling us that he will have a precise quote within days, but never reached out. E-mail communication was slow and after all unreliable.
Had a simple electrical issue with my hot water heater which Robert and Gabriel had fixed within 15 minutes. They were kind enough to answer some additional plumbing questions I had about some DIY projects I wanted to tackle myself. Great experience.
