Dr. Fortier is fantastic! She answers all of our new pet parent questions and taught us to trim nails and clean ears. She's very patient and helpful. Even answered my email with questions! That's service!
Goose Creek Veterinary Hospital has super friendly and caring staff that go out of there way to give you that personal touch and focused attention. Dr. Fortier and team have been so patient taking extra time to find the right plan and approach for how to ease the vet experience for my over anxious dog.
Had an amazing experience today, they really took great care of my dog and helped her get caught up! They also didn’t upsell me things ( experiences I’ve had at past vets) and made me feel like they genuinely cared about my dog Aurora! Will def make this my go to vet!
We are so pleased with the level of care provided by Dr. Fortier and the staff at Goose Creek Veterinary Hospital! We brought in our little guy for an annual exam and shortly after for another visit because he wasn’t feeling well. Dr. Fortier has been checking in daily and has shown she truly cares about the well-being of her patients. We highly recommend Dr. Fortier! Great Vet and great staff. Easy to talk to and addressed all of my questions.
We unfortunately visited under less than ideal circumstances, as our beloved cat became very sick very quickly. After our initial visit, Dr. Fortier provided us with her card and personal cell phone number in case he became worse. Sadly, he did not turn the corner and, in the end, needed to be put down. For the eleven years I have lived in Northern Virginia, one of the last missing pieces from my former hometown, was the love, care, and friendliness of a veterinarian for my fur babies. Yesterday, I found it. I am thoroughly impressed by Dr. Fortier, her staff, and her follow up. Getting in and out was fast and efficient, and overall customer experience has exceeded every expectation I could have. We went with one of our cats, but will be transferring our three other pets over to Dr. Fortier's care effective immediately.
As a first time client with our new pup Roscoe, it was a great experience. Dr. Fortier and her staff were true professionals and display genuine care. We also have two other dogs who haven't met them yet, but have absolute confidence they will receive the love Roscoe did.
