Packages got stolen, roommate's bike got stolen in the bike room. Also, please look carefully in the contract and ensure that before move-in, you document everything and send a condition report to ensure you won't get absurdly overcharged for "repairs" and "labor." Small dinks in the wall and you will be charged for "partial paint" which costs you $50 per room and the kitchen. I would recommend these apartments! Really cool layouts and the fireplaces are a nice touch.
This place is horrible. If you aren't familiar with downtown Portland and goose hallow specifically, do your due diligence and scope out the area before moving here. I was new to downtown and blissfully unaware of the severe homeless population and the shelter or two just across the 405. I suppose I should have looked around the area first since the homeless population lined up outside the shelter and tents along the 405 corridor would have been a clear indication of what I was about to get myself into.
