I am not the type of person to leave reviews but I really love this apartment felt like it deserved a good one! I am about to hit my 1 year mark living here and I am definitely renewing my lease. Scheduling a tour and signing a lease was super easy. The leasing team is super on top of it and always replies to me within the day. Packages got stolen, roommate's bike got stolen in the bike room. Also, please look carefully in the contract and ensure that before move-in, you document everything and send a condition report to ensure you won't get absurdly overcharged for "repairs" and "labor." Small dinks in the wall and you will be charged for "partial paint" which costs you $50 per room and the kitchen. Despite sweeping and cleaning every nook, including the cabinets, fridge, oven, and closets, we were charged $170. All of this is taken out of your se... read more
