I went to wash my car the other day and was paying when an attendant came up to help me complete the transaction. She had me fill out and sign the papers for the unlimited car washes and placed the sticker in my window for me. She was very nice and helpful. She apologized for not being at the order screen, but I told her it was fine because she was working on other things at the location.
