Dr. Lisa is the best! And her assistant Cindy is great!!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
This review isn’t in regards to Dr. Gonzalez but instead the staff that handles the phone. Today was my first time calling the office regarding a mutual patient. I needed to have a prescription from their office clarified since it was written unclear and would not want to inconvenience the patient with a wrong order. Due to the office having numerous calls with bad connections the staff was unhelpful, passive aggressive and condescending. Everything was great. From the office staff to the staff helping check out was great and friendly.
