In 1933, Goody's Hardware & Paint opened its doors to the greater New Haven community. As a fourth generation family owned and operated business, Goody's has strived to maintain the feel and varied selection of a "real hardware" store. While Goody's has grown to over 12,000 square feet in size, we have continued to maintain a friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient staff to help eliminate the frustration that often accompanies shopping at home improvement chain stores.

Goody's has always been the best place to go, especially for paint and brushes. All questions answered, best selection of what you are looking for, and the staff always has a friendly smile to go along with their knowledge. David and Rob have always helped with whatever I have needed. Love the store and employees, especially Pam.
