For about the past 25 years, my wife and I have been taking our cars to F and L Tire for trusted routine maintenance and repairs. I know the owners, Frank and Kristy, and their technicians to be honest, friendly, knowledgeable professionals. On their web page, they have money saving coupons for inspections, maintenance and tires. Over the years, I always had great service and peace of mind that maintenance and repairs were done right. if you are looking to take your vehicle to a non-dealer, I highly recommend F and L.

Unbelievably rude and unhelpful. First, the lady that works the desk is obnoxious and has regular fights with staff and on the phone. If you wait for your car you will have to listen to her. More importantly, about 6 months ago I brought the car in to have my snow tires mounted, and I asked them to look into the check engine light, which I knew was related to the catalytic converter (as it has been coming on intermittently and I had had it checked at the dealership).
