Unbelievably rude and unhelpful. First, the lady that works the desk is obnoxious and has regular fights with staff and on the phone. If you wait for your car you will have to listen to her. More importantly, about 6 months ago I brought the car in to have my snow tires mounted, and I asked them to look into the check engine light, which I knew was related to the catalytic converter (as it has been coming on intermittently and I had had it checked at the dealership). 35$ for a plug . Crazy. I can buy a used tire for that price
I came to this shop to get new tires and TPMS sensors installed on my car. The team did a great job with the tire installation—fast, clean, and professional. However, they were not able to reprogram the TPMS sensors, saying there was an error they couldn’t figure out. Later, I took my car to another shop, and they discovered the issue was due to the sensors being programmed at the wrong frequency. Once that was corrected, everything worked fine.
