Works with their customers This is my second pair of tires I have purchased at Elliott's throughout the years. They always manage to beat the competitor's prices and work with their customers.
Saved the day When you blow your tire on the freeway on your way to work, you know you're going to have a bad day. I was towed to Elliott's Tire and was waiting for the mechanic to come back and give me a list of "necessary" mechanical repairs. Fortunately these guys actually had my best interest in mind and had me on my way in no time. They showed me exactly the work that was performed and I was very appreciative.
Tim communicated everything Tim was very nice and was thorough in working with the mechanic to diagnose my car problems. He communicated it all to me clearly. They were very fair about the pricing and went out of their way to get parts for me the same day.
Aim to please They are very helpful and aim to please their customers.
They have been servicing all of my vehicle needs Elliott Tire in Kent has been servicing my car for the past couple of years. Anything from oil changes, new tires to fixing my brakes, these guys are the experts.
