Use caution My car went in for a simple alignment and rim installation. Due to sloppy mechanic work, they broke 2 studs removing lugs 5 days later picked up car and none of the work was done but they charged me. Returned to get the work done, took hours to complete and then weights to the rim fell off in my drive way. On top of that, they had the nerve to charge me 9.99 to check brakes in plain view. Saved the day When you blow your tire on the freeway on your way to work, you know you're going to have a bad day. I was towed to Elliott's Tire and was waiting for the mechanic to come back and give me a list of "necessary" mechanical repairs. Fortunately these guys actually had my best interest in mind and had me on my way in no time. They showed me exactly the work that was performed and I was very appreciative.

mr we always bring our cars to elliott tire in kent, the rest room is clean, always have fresh coffee, a clean waiting room, and good people working in the office, when my repair are being done, they are always on time, they also have a loaner car if needed, the manager gus is alway has a smile on his face, and the guys that work with him are always happy, i saw one of his technitions, dancing in the shop, i tell all of my friends and family to go there.
