Lauren did a great job this morning!
What a phenomenal staff at this location. When I called for an unplanned visit, the man was super helpful and was able to squeeze me in just minutes later. Then when checking out I was helped by Lauren. To say "helped" is an understatement. Lauren was quite literally the most helpful and informative person I've ever had assist me with my car - in my entire life. I have to give huge credit to Lauren at this Brakes Plus location for completely turning around my experience. After a really bad situation at another Brakes Plus where I never received any follow-up, I honestly had written the company off. Lauren is a really hard worker. I sure hope she is a manager or some elevated position. She was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I mention her by name because she was outstanding! To be fair every person I saw engaging with patrons at the Brakes Plus The Colony seemed to be very kind and knowledgeable. The price was a good value and they sometimes have coupons online!
