Alexis is a great employee very thorough and helpful
I will not be returning to this location. They did a repair of my brakes didnt advise me of the need for a left caliper. Took my car in because I noticed the brakes were malfunctioning. Was told that they installed defective brake pads on my car those was replaced. Took my car in a third time and that's when I was made aware. Seems like these people don't specialize in brake services. Also waited 4 hours from my appointment time. Only for the manager to take off 20 dollars. Sad to see some of the employees I’m used to seeing on a regular but I was taken care of by Lauren today and she was courteous and communicated the shortage in staff today so I appreciated the heads up.
