I had a chipped tooth and they were AMAZING!!! They made me feel very comfortable and this was the best visit I have ever had with a dentist. Thank you all for the great care and smiling faces.
Things started off well with the staff and what not but took a turn for the worst when I was actually back in the office. For some reason 5 signatures, X-Rays and a consult by the hygienist took over an hour and a half, and my teeth were not touched as of yet for cleaning, fluoride and a mint flushing. At no point in time should a dentist appointment take that long and have gotten so little done. Not the way to make a first impression, and hence there will be 5 mouths less that they have to take care of.
