Came in because I was having AC issues. They replaced my AC condenser fan and topped off the refrigerant. There’s a reason they have such good reviews. They’re honest and their customer service is great.

I took my company car in for an oil change and service. It set in the parking lot over 2 hours before I had to ask about it. They forgot it was out there. They said it needed an air filter. They didn’t have one they had to get one brought over. I could wait any longer so left. I can back the next day to have the filter installed. They had the wrong one. They said it would 20 minutes to get the right one. It was an hour and a half. The lady was nice but the over all service was disappointing.

Well the service is great nice people just wish they where more clear on the diagnosis fee of $140, they are saying handing them the key is authorization no signature just verbal, bc im deciding to use someone else. I get it time is money and they wave the fee if you decide to go through with the repair just need better communication.
