RecommendedProfessional and pleasant. Both my wife and myself are very pleased as we both proceeding with the cataract process. My wife started first, we’re very pleased so far. The second surgery has been scheduled. Also, the Metro Surgery Center is excellent.

Unprofessional. No questions answered. Ready to take your money and get you out the door fast. Front desk is the only person you can reach and they dont know much.
Horrible experience. Multiple attempts to retrieve any information on my results online as well as called in to office. none provided, no reply in emails the doctor was never available. I called the doctor who refereed me and she was provided sensitive information & she was assured I was informed as well. I do not recommend this practice at all. I was told everything was ok but the results provided to my doctor stated otherwise. Unprofessional. Unethical to keep someone in the dark with something as important as your vision.... read more

The Doctor and Receptionist were very professional and caring.
I gave Dr. Chen 4 stars because he cant fix what's wrong with my eye. However, I'm a new patient and I am pleased and happy that I saw Dr. Chen. He's very professional and staff was great as well. He referred me to a Cornea specialist.
