Service techs went for and beyond getting me back rolling Thank yall
I don’t know why these guys don’t have a 5 Star rating across the board. Traveling from PA to Ohio we had two flats on brand new tires due to faulty valve stems that were installed with the new tires in PA. We called our Good Sam Roadside Service who wanted to tow us and sell us new tires. We called three other tire places near Austintown that don’t do road service. No mechanic to do AC repair on Memorial Day, work doesn't stop for truckin
It says they open at 7 AM, been calling them for about an hour. It's 8 AM now no one answered so far, false information about opening hours. Ridiculous.
Gotta hand it to Joe & Dan- they did a great job today. My brother and I stopped in for a tire repair on our camp trailer and they went above and beyond! We appreciate the help and great service ya’ll provided! Thanks for taking care of us and getting us back on the road!
