I had a very disappointing experience at Southern Tire by Pilot. I came in because I had a hole in my tractor truck tire, and I was told by their staff that the tire could not be plugged and that I needed to purchase a brand-new tire. I knew something didn’t sound right because the hole was clearly in the middle of the tire, not on the sidewall. When I declined to buy a new tire, they still charged me $67.00 for mounting and dismounting, even though no actual repair was completed. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude... read more
