Terrible service—they made me wait for three hours to tell me they couldn't do the job after all. I had skipped Love's Truck Stop because I always prefer Southern Tire Shop, and now it's 4 PM and I won't be able to get my truck fixed at Love's either. Don’t came to this place they’re not trustworthy.
Called them Friday night. I was mm 94 i-27 sb. I run 425/65,22.5 steer tires. A gentleman named Jesus answered. He was very professional , courteous, understanding and very helpful. Gave me a price list. Told him what I wanted. He said he could be to me 3 hrs or less. His service guy( can't remember his name) but another very nice, professional, and hard working young man. I had a very disappointing experience at Southern Tire by Pilot. I came in because I had a hole in my tractor truck tire, and I was told by their staff that the tire could not be plugged and that I needed to purchase a brand-new tire. I knew something didn’t sound right because the hole was clearly in the middle of the tire, not on the sidewall. When I declined to buy a new tire, they still charged me $67.00 for mounting and dismounting, even though no actual repair was completed. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude... read more
