Awesome customer service.
I made an appt and brought my car in to get a flat tire repaired. I had assumed that the big sign out front saying, “Free Flat Tire Repair”, was free for tires that had been purchased at Big Brand. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car that my tire repair really was free even though it was not purchased at Big Brand, and I was given the same friendly and prompt service as a paying customer. They did suggest other services they could perform for my vehicle, but there was no pressure. The store front is very clean... read more
