Wonderful services
They told me up front there would be a diagnostic done at a certain price and was told this was 100% guaranteed to find the issue and get an accurate estimate. They did just that and told me what it would cost and didn't try to sell it or anything like that. Told me what the issue was and that it wasn't an actual issue. Paid the diagnostic fee and that was it. I'd for sure go back there next time.
Got me in same day for an alignment while I waited
I’ve used Big Brand Tire and Service for the past few years. They have performed my car’s regular service maintenance and replaced the starter. I find them reliable and reasonably priced. I’ll check out their tires next year when mine are due to be changed out. Just got home with a brand new set of Cooper Endeavor Plus tires. I got a good price and good service.
