Wonderful place! Very strong work ethic! I came here today to check my tie rod, which Ford of Lafayette Quick Line had urgently requested me to change it 10k miles ago, they said the tie rod had very minimal loose, and they fixed it free of charge. The Quick Line requested around $500 almost 10k miles ago. I am grateful to visit Goodyear's this branch. Many thanks to all working there.
Great customer service. The front desk guy Jeff was amazing. Even though they don't sell the tire I needed, he helped me figure out the technicalities and also mentioned a few places where I could get the tires I needed. Highly recommended.
Outstanding customer service! I had to have a new brake line installed. The parts and labor were extremely reasonable. I was very lucky these guys were able to get me back on the road safely on the same day. Highly recommended!👍
