We took our SUV back to because the fuel pump that they had previously replaced was having problems. After telling us it WAS the fuel pump and would be covered under the warranty, they came back the next day saying it was not the pump. We still were going to have them do the work. And then after a couple of days they didn’t have anyone that was “qualified” to fix it. They put in a couple of parts that we did not okay and so charged us even though they couldn’t fix it.
