Gentleman at the front was a top tier customer service professional! My car was ready in the time it took me to get some banana milk from heb! That banana milk is not that good by the way 2 star to that. Anyone reading this stay away from organic banana milk.

Got me in at the end of the day and got me out fast
I'm in town visiting family and my AC went out during the 2-day drive here from Florida. I went to the closest Goodyear because my AC was still under warranty from repairs last year at a Florida shop. The Belton shop got me in first thing this morning and had me out in like 2hrs with a fixed AC! My dog and I are eternally grateful lol
I called here on a weekday afternoon when I got in the car to go pick my kids up from school and my tire was noticeably low. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so sweet and said bring it right in. I got there and they met me in the parking lot, not even in the front door and I was already impressed. My car is new and up until this point I hadn’t had any tire issues to even know my car needed a key for the lugs.
