The staff was all nice and friendly. Efficient, effective, and clean office. Dr. Choi explained all to me and a way I could understand and the experience with the dentist was great overall.
Explained all options clearly and charged reasonably. All friendly. Happy to find a good dentist!
Having been a patient at this office for a few years I have seen a drop in dental care. It is okay but this office is really not what it was. It has unfortunately gone from exceptional to acceptable. I live right near the office so I may continue to go there but I am going to assess my options.
I had work done by Dr. Soo and thought I'd leave a review and was very disturbed by some of these negative reviews. I have nothing but good things to say. She was thorough and best of all, gentle. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating to me, even before Dr. Soo took over. Some of these reviews look fishy and I don't understand why anyone would be so malicious. I'm thankful I have a dentist I can trust.
Not my cup of tea. Found this office quite unfriendly. Also couldn't understand the dentist.
Excellent service! Dr. Soo was worked so professionally and gentle as well. All staffs were very nice. I felt very warm and well cared. Strongly recommend!
I've been a very happy patient of this office for many years. However, there was a new dentist that took over about a year ago. I've tried to make this work but definitely this is not the dental practice for me. Prices have gone up and it seems the quality of care has gone way down. The last straw was when hygiene did only half the job (only the scraping but no polishing) because of "covid protocol." Interestingly I was charged though full price! Not good. This office has gone downhill.
Apparently there was an ownership change and this office is not the same with the new dentist. I cannot recommend. Prices have increased significantly and the new dentist seems inexperienced. Also there is a language barrier and I couldn't understand her at all. I felt uncomfortable.
