I went there today with my 10 yr old son who is on the autism spectrum, everyone that interacted with him, from the moment we walked in the door to the person in the aisle, was very sensitive to his needs. They spoke with him directly and even included him in the measurement of some wiring that we were looking into. My boy was very appreciative and took pictures of the front doors hours of operation because he wants to go back. Very nice to have a friendly neighborhood hardware store.

I ordered some replacement parts for my Bull Outdoor Grill. I placed 2 orders at different times on the same day. There was a completely understandable mix-up. The staff at Goodwood went out of their way to correct the mix-up. They even placed a courtesy call after the problem was solved. I will order parts for my outdoor kitchen only from Goodwood. Best customer service imaginable and quality products.
Excellent service and an amazing selection of hardware and outdoor kitchen selections. The highest quality that I have ever seen. This family run business is great.
