RecommendedOutstanding customer service. In a world where customer service is a thing of the past, everyone at Goodwood Hardware has raised the bar. Each person does more then promised. Ten out of ten stars.
Staff recommended a drill. I don’t know drills and relied on their expertise. It was not powerful enough. I had discarded the box but still had the receipt and all package contents. The product was spotless. They would not take back or even offer an exchange towards an appropriate drill. Will not return.
MY BEST TRADING EXPERIENCE EVERI have seen and tried different strategies and methods even lost alot of money while trying. Until i was introduce to this new strategy that got me back on track and i have been able to regain my lost money and still making consistent growth on all of my trade. I recently purchased a Big Green Egg and a lot of accessories for a wedding gift. Tracey and the staff were just great to work with. After our order was placed there was an unexpected backorder for the table we ordered. They really went out of their way to give us an emergency substitute until our ordered table arrived. My husband and I went to this store. We went in for a burner for our crawfish pot. We found a great one for a great price. We proceeded over to the outdoor furniture area. There was a lady in there. She offered us help. Gave us wonderful service. We actually sat and visited with her for about 30 minutes. Only at the end did I find out that she was the owner. Her and Glenn were fabulous.
