He took the time to help me choose a frame that actually suited my face and made the experience feel relaxed instead of rushed. I also really appreciated the flexibility after my purchase. Eye exam was professionally done. Rod provides great service and advice.
Front desk clerk was very kind, the doctor definitely WAS NOT. She used an abusive tone thorough most of the exam. Berated me for putting my glasses on to move from one machine to other and again when I, without holding my glasses at her insistence, couldn't hear her when she asked me to move again.
