Eye exam was professionally done. Rod provides great service and advice.
Front desk clerk was very kind, the doctor definitely WAS NOT. She used an abusive tone thorough most of the exam. Berated me for putting my glasses on to move from one machine to other and again when I, without holding my glasses at her insistence, couldn't hear her when she asked me to move again.
From out of province and my contacts ripped. This place was the only one willing to help me. Thank you so much!!
Great service, everything goes smoothly here. Eye doctors are nice. Unfortunately wont be returning as its too far away.
The arm of my Tom Ford glasses suddenly fell off yesterday while traveling. Rodney immediately diagnosed the problem, determined the source of the problem and applied a repair until a part could be ordered. He gave me a new case and cleaned my glasses without any charge. Excellent and personable service, thank you.
