The arm of my Tom Ford glasses suddenly fell off yesterday while traveling. Rodney immediately diagnosed the problem, determined the source of the problem and applied a repair until a part could be ordered. He gave me a new case and cleaned my glasses without any charge. Excellent and personable service, thank you.
Coming from Eastern Europe, where people are looking for traditional, dedicated customer service, I am delighted to have found this gem. I have been to many places in Ottawa and felt like I was being served by robots driven by money. The owner and optician gave me good advice on fashion glasses/frames, health and you could tell they knew the history of the city as their family has been providing these services for over 100 years. This place touched my heart. True patriots and kind people who care about your vision!
