The employees here are really nice and patient. From the security to the cashiers, everyone I’ve experienced is great. As for the merchandise-everyone is looking for something different, so it’s hard to say if it’s a “good” selection or not. But I’ve never left empty-handed. Some days it’s super clean, other days it can get pretty messy.
David, the security guard, was wonderful! He greeted my friend and I immediately, asked if we had shopped at a Goodwill Outlet before, and gave us the rundown on how the shopping process works. He would check-in with us, and other customers, as he was making his rounds through the store; he was extremely friendly and helpful. If I could give more stars, I would - he is a gem!

10:10 underground parking, otherwise a classic bins experience. I arrived early, spent a couple hours digging. A little different than LA in that they put out the big, deep boxes. Impossible to get to the bottom of. T-shirt boys abound, as usual. Staff were very friendly. Not the best neighbourhood, but I really enjoyed this one over any of the ones I've been to in LA. The first turnover was 10:30 & they opened at 8:30, so it's a slower pace for sure!
