The staff is always incredibly warm and loving toward my dog, and patient with me. My dog gets so scared at the vets that she typically shakes uncontrollably to the point of barely being able to stand. Here at GoodVets she barely shakes, the whole place is so calming it truly helps her. We only got to be a part of this practice for a year before moving out of state but I wish we could stay just for them!
They’re always so helpful and kind. Very communicative and transparent.
We love GoodVets! This was a great transition. They were very informative and welcoming. We signed up for the wellness plan and can’t wait to continue our journey here.
So far I’ve had a great experience at GoodVets, the staff is super gentle and welcoming, I receive lots of information throughout the visit and leave feeling relaxed. I think Otto is starting to get comfortable too 😊
