I’m extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at Good Vets West Buckhead during my recent visit. A staff member by the name of Jamar Patterson, not only denied service to me and my service dog, but also handled the situation in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Despite clearly communicating the needs required for my service dog and myself, the staff member refused to make reasonable accommodations.
