The downfall of this hospital should be studied! They were great about 3 months ago and then downhill from there! Terrible communication, questionable medicine, unknown hours, not sure who is doing what, phones just ring and ring. Won’t be returning and it’s sad because they are so conveniently placed in SW (not the wharf but hey there’s a lot of false advertising here anyway) but I would rather fight traffic to get to another reliable hospital.

I suppose they're no longer open? I don't know. But it's frustrating, and now I'll have to get him into a new vet just to get his meds renewed. Waste of money. Also, they are NOT at the Wharf. They're at the Waterfront Metro stop. I'm not ... read more
