I’m so glad I made the decision to take my cats to GoodVets LoHi. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. I was warmly greeted at the door by Teagan, their friendly and welcoming receptionist, which immediately put me at ease. We love Good Vets! Appointments are quick yet thorough, always making sure both we and our cats feel taken care of before concluding. Our cats don't love the vet or being out of their environment in general, so we really appreciate how prompt they are without making it feel rushed.
My experience with GoodVets has been way beyond expectation. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
front desk staff is horribly disrespectful. Brought my dog here for an ear infection and did not receive a good level of care. Instead of apologizing and offering to make it right they just tried to pass the blame to me for being a negligent pet parent LOL If you have actual care needs outside of a normal physical, I wouldn't trust these guys.
