Amazing and caring vets and staff
Took my pup to ear check up paid $186 for visit and $45 for medication. Nurse never tested pump he gave my pup on ear as previous nurse. They gave me easy otic . Today pump is not working . I can’t just take out medication due to the way pump is made. I called office asked for help . Person asked me if nurse gave pump medication on dog . I said no then she proceeded in asking to drive back to office for help. My round trip is one hour. I asked if they can just send me new medication and test pump before sending.
