Please do yourself a favor and find another doctor’s office. This one is the absolute worst. I’ve been calling, emailing and requesting a medication refill on their website for almost two months and haven’t gotten any response. If someone happens to answer the phone, he’ll have no clue what to do or say, he’ll tell you he will give the message to the doctor meanwhile weeks will go by with no call back or response. These meds are obviously important if it was prescribed to me. Now I’m suffering because of their neglect. Trust... read more
Customer service is terrible at this office. If you prefer to speak with someone when you have a question or concern, this is not the office for you. It is almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone when you call. I once called multiple times, back to back, to no avail. I decided to drive there to voice my concerns. Someone was sitting at the desk and denied hearing the phone ring. It does not matter if you call when they are just opening or when they are about to close the outcome is still the same.
