Customer service is terrible at this office. If you prefer to speak with someone when you have a question or concern, this is not the office for you. It is almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone when you call. I once called multiple times, back to back, to no avail. I decided to drive there to voice my concerns. Doctor and staff are very nice and helpful and also greet you with a smile .
the front desk girl is very unprofessional. i came to the office on behalf of my client (i’m a nurse) about her prescription and she told me that i was “nobody” and that she would call the police on me if i returned… even when mom told her that i had permission to speak on her behalf. very unprofessional 0 stars.
HORRIBLE SERVICE I have been going here since a child now my children go. The receptionist at smart and nasty. They will purposely not answer calls or fill out documents. Please don’t send your children to this establishment it’s not worth the headache.
What can I say. Awful communication, mixed with nurses and doctors with huge egos. They put that over their patient’s welfare, and will force you to come in for a physical to get medication you desperately need. They will hang the need for medication over your head like they aren’t supposed to make that process smoother.
