I did not enjoy my experience with Dr. Goodson. It was not a professional experience to say the least. He had a high turnover rate of technicians due to Fayetteville being a military community and I can understand that. But every week there was a new technician working in my mouth. The wait time was too long for the service I received. The worst part is that he ripped the braces out of my mouth when it was time to remove them, something I could have done at home. I would NOT recommend him to anyone!
They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? No, I couldn't wait to get out of it Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? No, I wasn't impressed Does this provider treat every client equally? Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients Was the dental equipment clean? Not at all! It was the dirtiest equipment I have ever seen! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time
Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Was this provider's office easy to locate? I got lost, but eventually found it Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Yes, my mouth felt clean after my appointment
