Amazing service! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to better their skin. Always super kind staff and very in tune with listening to all concerns. Highly impressed. Dr. Robin Norman was exceptional and one of the best doctors I have ever met. I will never be changing dermatologists. If you have skin issues please go here and save the hassle of looking for a dermatologist that not only listens to your concerns but treats you above and beyond.
This is the best Derm office. Both Dr Robin Norman and Dr Paul Aanderud are wonderful. Dr Robin has helped me with my hair loss since having my son. Dr Aanderud has helped me with Rosacea. The results have been really great. The office is clean, inviting, and professional. I was referred by a friend who suffers from bad psoriasis and swears by this derm office. I also highly recommend.
I recommend checking your insurance website to verify both Goodskin and the doctor are in network. I was referred to Goodskin by my primary care provider. I called and verified my specific insurance plan is accepted and to schedule an appointment. The person on the phone scheduled me with a doctor that is out of network. I noticed and was able to cancel prior to my appointment. It is ultimately the responsibility of the patient to verify both are in network. Good News! My Dead Nail on My Right Foot had finally came off after using the nail file!
I had a very disappointing experience at Goodkin Derm. When I called to ask for a price estimate for a simple mole removal, I was quoted $50. Based on that information, I made the appointment and arrived prepared to pay that amount. During the visit, the doctor told me the mole needed to be biopsied and sent to a lab, which I understood could add some cost — but at no point did anyone explain that the total would be significantly higher than the quote I was given.
