I normally do not leave reviews. I highly recommend Erin Worth PA as your Dermatologist. I have been very pleased with her compassion for her profession. I went in for a follow up on a mole I had on my left cheek and she disagreed with a dermatologist that saw me a couple times before in the past years, (this past dermatologist is no longer with Goodskin) and expressed to me that it should be taken off and that day she took a biopsy. I use Goodskin Dermatology for my son. Experience was poor. Jonathan in scheduling is very condescending and spoke very rudely when trying to schedule and eventually hung up or had the phone call disconnected and did not attempt to call me back. The provider sent incorrect prescription to Pharmacy (only a 15-day supply instead of 30-day) which resulted in me paying (2) $75 co-pays and additional trips to the Pharmacy. The clinic/surgery center is very caring and patient oriented. They are doing a great job!
Doctor and most staff were great! Very helpful. The receptionist seemed like he didn't want to be bothered whenever I talked to him, and wouldn't book my next appointment. Maybe they were understaffed as he did seem to be eating lunch at the desk.
