I worked with Goods trying to save a pine tree, but it had reached its age limit apparently. Today Seth and Virginia came to cut this big old pine tree down. They went above and beyond, even clearing up some branches I had lying on the ground and trimming off some branches of a different pine tree that were too big for me to use the loppers on. Bob told me about 6 months ago now that he would be up to look at my tree that I wanted to cut down and guess who I just heard from yesterday...? Not bob. The company as a whole might be okay, but bob is just your typical owner, shrug off the normal guy to keep it moving and tell you what you want to hear, and that’s where it stops. Wouldn’t ever even think about trying to get goods to work at my home

Ben and crew came out yesterday and removed 4 large ash trees. They did a fantastic job at removing the trees and cleaning up afterward. They took extra care of my property the entire time there.
Since Green Season's became Good's the service has gone downhill. We have always had tree service along with the lawn service. Good's now tells me that they have zero record of ever doing our trees. I called last summer about Japanese beetles and was told that wasn't on our "plan". I called 4 times this year and each time got the run around. Can't speak to their work, since they never got back to me. FB messaged them March 10th and heard right back asking me to fill out their website online form, which I did the same day. Of course, with the snow I figured they wouldn't be out much but did assume I would have been contacted. March 19th, sent another FB message which was seen on March 29th- so here we are an entire month later and nothing. I contacted Cumberland and they got back in a couple days and had an estimate for me within a week. I guess Good's wants larg... read more
