I purchased a lovely dining room table from Goods Home Furnishings. Goods uses a horrific delivery service that has still failed to deliver the entire order after 4 attempts and >6 months of delivery attempts. We've asked Goods to use someone else, but they keep using Arcadia Home Delivery. Arcadia has been unresponsive. The first time they delivered a table top without a base and 7 chairs instead of 8. If I could give zero stars, I would. Purchased a high end custom dining table, chairs and matching server: Pallettes. At first I loved the set. We have only had it 6 months and rarely use it. We use it only when company is here for dinner. We never put hot pots directly on the table, always use a table cloth or thick placemats. Recently, a bowl of mashed potatoes on a not plate left a permanent ring in the table finish. Goods and the manufacturer will not repair the table. As a repeat customer I asked for a quote on several thousand dollars of furniture by email and when I wanted to purchase the furniture an hour later they would not honor the prices they just quoted me.

STAY AWAY!!! I placed an order for bedroom furniture in July 2021. I was told that the furniture would be delivered in mid August. Needless to say, no furniture in mid August. I placed half the payment at the initial order. I was contacted and told that the order delivered and in the warehouse on August 23rd and the remaining balance was due. I recently visited Goods Home Furnishings and worked with consultant Royston who I've worked with and purchased from in the past to get design suggestion on achieving a fresh living room décor utilizing existing furniture. Terrible customer service after purchase! Purchased an item and was told at time of purchase it was in stock and would ship “quickly “. Now after a month and a half, after weeks of excuse after excuse, I’m told it will be at least another month until it ships and could take up to another month or more to receive after that. It’s inconceivable that the piece is currently in their position and they simply choose not to ship it. I suggest avoiding this retailer at all costs. We have been going to see Melodie Watley for over two years She assisted us with furnishing our new build, as well re decorating our entire house recently. Now that we are home more due to Covid, we wanted a change of scenery. We are excited for Melodie to help us furnish our new vacation home we are building as well.
