RecommendedMy husband & I were in Good’s Furniture store yesterday. Wendy was awesome & we also talked with Amy. Both answer all our questions. I want to say I really like that there wasn’t any pressure at all. We did purchase a couch & a love seat. Can’t wait to have them delivered!

Sales staff was easy to work with,did it by phone. My delivery time was 2:00pm, my doorbell rang at exactly at 2:00 pm. Delivery people were pleasant. I am very happy!

not very happy with their warranty. we purchased a couch and 18 months later the board that the main springs are attached basically broke under tension. this board which is critical to the structure of the entire couch was made of very cheap pine. i called and was told the manufacturer would ship another section but that was over a month ago. not sure they do any quality inspections when they buy from the manufacturer.
Our sales person Dave O was very helpful & knowledgeable. My husband got a wonderful recliner lift chair.
